ParentVUE Mobile App

Parents and guardians can use the ParentVUE mobile app to securely access student information, including grades, attendance, schedules, report cards, school communication, and online registration. Log in to your ParentVUE account.

Important Update for 2026-27

Edupoint has released a new version of the ParentVUE mobile app. Older versions of the app will no longer work after the district upgrades to Synergy 2027.

Families should update to the latest version of the app before the start of the 2026-27 school year to avoid disruptions.

  1. Open ParentVUE
  2. Select “I am a parent”
  3. Search for the district by ZIP code or district name
  4. Select your district
  5. Log in using your ParentVUE username and password
  • View grades and assignments
  • Monitor attendance
  • Review class schedules
  • Access report cards and documents
  • Receive school notifications
  • Communicate with teachers
  • Complete online registration and annual verification
  • View student health and program information

Older ParentVUE apps will eventually stop working.

If users receive a message indicating the app is unsupported or deprecated, they should update to ParentVUE (New).

No. Your username and password will stay the same.

If you already use ParentVUE, just sign in to the new app with your existing account information. Existing users should choose “Already Activated” when signing in.

No. If you already have a ParentVUE account, you do not need to create a new one.

Just download the new app and sign in with your current credentials.

If you have never activated your ParentVUE account before, you will still need to complete the normal account activation process.

A few common things can cause login issues:

  • Incorrect username or password
  • The wrong district selected in the app
  • The account has not been activated yet
  • Saved login information from the old app did not transfer over

If you are having trouble logging in:

  1. Double-check that you selected the correct district.
  2. Try removing and re-adding the district in the app.
  3. Reset your password if needed.
