Research, Data and Evaluation Services works with district administrators and teachers to help them use the most effective strategies to reach students. Our technical assistance includes:

  • Development of program evaluation plans, logic models and quantitative/qualitative data analysis
  • Creation of equity briefs that disaggregate achievement, discipline and other data
  • Survey design, consultation, training and reporting, including translation and interpretation of results
  • Evaluation of curriculum adoption options
  • Support in developing longitudinal growth targets and Student Investment Account progress markers
  • Access to the Hanover Research Library, which provides insights into curricular, teaching, technology and operational topics

Clackamas Data Project: Data Services & Support for ODE Integrated Guidance

Clackamas Data Project was developed to support Clackamas County school districts with their culturally responsive research and evaluation, including the Oregon Department of Education's Integrated Guidance. We help by coaching or facilitating the collection and interpretation of data for school, system and program improvement, offering workshops and resources, consultation and comprehensive support, serving as neutral evaluators and data collectors.
