Clackamas Native American Student Consortium
The Clackamas Native American Student Consortium is dedicated to fostering opportunities for Native American and Alaska Native students in Clackamas County to stay connected to their cultural community and excel academically. Grounded in consultation with Native families, tribal leaders and district partners, the consortium pools resources and centralizes culturally responsive programming, ensuring that even students in districts with smaller Native American and Alaska Native populations have equitable access to Native-centered supports.
The consortium serves as a bridge between schools and Native communities, implementing programming that strengthens cultural identity, school engagement and pathways to postsecondary success. Activities are hosted countywide, ensuring equitable access for students from both larger and smaller districts.
Funding for the Clackamas Native American Student Consortium is provided by federal and state grants.
