We provide a range of services and support to:

Our key services
Special education
- Provide specialized instruction to students ages 3 – 21 with complex and multiple disabilities
- Help students transition to meaningful employment
Early learning
- Evaluate children birth to 3 for developmental delays
- Operate free preschools for children experiencing poverty
- Train and support child care providers and expand access
Teacher and student support
- Train educators in multiple areas to improve instruction and student achievement
- Train and support school teams to improve students’ physical and mental health and prevent suicide
- Coordinate summer school, graduation support and preschool services for migrant children
- Help out-of-school youth re-engage in education and employment
- Facilitate career education and work-based learning for high school students
Technology
- Provide cost-saving network, server administration and cybersecurity services to all 10 regional school districts and 39 other statewide customers
- Serve as a regional data center, hosting highly sensitive student, financial and personnel information
We also serve as a convener and liaison between schools and community partners. Our many activities include hosting region-wide school safety summits, participating on the Child Care for All Taskforce, and partnering with Clackamas County Public Health on multiple health supports for schools.
