Heron Creek has officially begun its lease at the former Bolton Primary School, marking an important milestone as the program prepares for its new home for the 2026–27 school year.
Throughout the summer, staff will be preparing classrooms and learning spaces, moving equipment and materials, and making the building ready to welcome students this fall.
While preparations are underway at the new location, Heron Creek’s Extended School Year program will continue operating at Marian Hall at Marylhurst Commons through the end of the summer session.
The move to the former Bolton Primary School will provide students with access to spaces Heron Creek does not currently have, including a gym, library, lunchroom, and playground. These spaces will support movement, regulation, social connection, reading, routine, recreation, and play.
