Clackamas Education Service District is excited to introduce three new annual awards to celebrate the educators, staff, partners and community members who bring our mission to lead, serve and innovate to life.
Each year, Clackamas ESD will recognize individuals whose work reflects our core values of collaboration, integrity, respect and excellence, and whose contributions create a meaningful and lasting impact. Awards will be presented in the categories of leadership, service, and innovation.
The Clackamas ESD Leadership Award honors an individual who demonstrates exceptional leadership that advances educational excellence, fosters collaboration, and inspires others toward a shared vision for student and community success.
The Hoa Nguyen Service Award is named in honor of the late Rep. Hoa Nguyen, who served as Clackamas ESD’s student and community engagement specialist until her passing in the fall of 2025. This award recognizes an individual whose dedication, compassion, and service reflect a deep commitment to giving back to others.
The Clackamas ESD Innovation Award celebrates an individual whose creativity and forward thinking enhance teaching, learning, or organizational effectiveness.
Award recipients are selected through a review process and approved by the Clackamas ESD Board of Directors. Honorees will be announced in June and recognized at a Clackamas ESD Board meeting and featured in Clackamas ESD communications.
Nominations are open through Apr. 15. Clackamas ESD staff, component school districts, students, families and community partners are invited to nominate individuals inside and outside of Clackamas ESD whose work and dedication deserve recognition.
