Free Preschool with Head Start to Success & Preschool Promise

Our Head Start to Success and Preschool Promise programs provide free comprehensive preschool to three- and four-year-old children who are experiencing poverty. We work in partnership with the Canby, North Clackamas and Oregon Trail school districts and have classrooms at the Clackamas Early Learning Center to provide preschool services for children and families throughout Clackamas County.

Head Start to Success

Head Start to Success offers a comprehensive range of services for children from birth to age five, including early education, health care, nutrition, and family support. Head Start places an additional emphasis on supporting the whole child and their family.

Parent Policy Council

Head Start to Success's Parent Policy Council puts parents at the center of their child’s education and in a leadership position. It gives the parent a voice in their child’s school, education, and community. Join us in creating the best possible program for your child!

Preschool Promise

Preschool Promise helps 3- and 4-year-olds from low- to moderate-income families attend preschool and build the skills they need for kindergarten.
