
Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE)
Clackamas ESD delivers Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) support to young children who exhibit delays or disabilities that affect learning. We coordinate services, and provide specialized consultation and instruction at no cost to families. We work hard to fully include children with disabilities in their communities and prepare children to enter kindergarten ready to learn, providing our services in local preschools, child care centers and homes.
Services
Services we provide include home visiting, consultation in early learning settings such as community preschools, specialized preschool classes, parenting education, and related services. This program is free for eligible families.
Referral
Anyone can refer a child for a screening or evaluation. Please complete one of the referral forms below or contact us via the Intake/Referral contact information at the bottom of this page. Or, you can drop by one of our upcoming free screening events in your community.

Oregon Screening Project is a free and confidential developmental screening for children ages 0-6 may be completed online. Also available in Spanish.
