
Regional Mentoring Program
The Regional Mentoring Program supports first- and second-year educators in public schools in Clackamas and Multnomah counties with their professional development and personal growth. We work alongside schools to help educators thrive as lifelong learners and practitioners and foster a culture of collaboration, resilience, and excellence, where every educator feels valued and equipped to make a lasting impact in the lives of their students.
The Regional Mentoring Program prioritizes supporting the following groups of new educators:
- BIPOC educators
- Dual language instructors
- Middle and high school humanities teachers
- Educators on emergency licenses
- Elementary specialists, including counselors, music and physical education instructors, and more
