The program emphasizes collaborative partnerships among regional school districts, Clackamas Career and Technical Education Consortium, Clackamas Community College, WorkSource Clackamas, Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and other community agencies. Funding includes a federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant through Clackamas Workforce Partnership.
