SUMMARY:Free childhood immunization clinic
DESCRIPTION:Vaccines are required by law for children in attendance at public and private schools\, preschools\, childcare facilities\, and Head Start programs in Oregon. Students without required immunizations or completed exemption paperwork are excluded for the remainder of the school year on Feb. 21\, 2024. \nOn Feb. 13\, 3 – 7 p.m.\, the Clackamas County Health Department will provide immunizations required for school or childcare by the State of Oregon free of charge to children with no health insurance\, those with OHP\, or children with insurance that does not cover the cost of immunizations at an event hosted at Clackamas ESD. \nWalk-in only\, no appointments necessary. Please bring any immunization records you have to the clinic. A parent or guardian must be present to sign a consent form for children under 15 years of age.
